REFOMATION DAY
KINGDOM WORKERS DELEGATION.
The Kingdom Workers fellowship in Kenya has expressed immense joy following the arrival of the organization's international leadership team, led by President Mr. Bill Meier. The high-profile delegation was received by Madam Eunita Odongo who is the field lead for kingdom workers Kenya, and is currently on a comprehensive field tour across the Nyanza region to oversee program progress, evaluate the disability program impact, and connect directly with local volunteers and support groups.
Mr. Meier is accompanied on this milestone visit by a diverse global team, including Mr. Dan McNulty from the United States, alongside Madam Minyanga Nkhoma the board member and Mr. Hamilton Kambalame representing the Kingdom Workers chapter in Malawi.
The multi-day itinerary across Nyanza highlights sustainable community development initiatives that bridge physical empowerment with spiritual growth. A central pillar of the organization's mission in the region is its dedicated support for people living with disabilities, ensuring they are fully included in development efforts and empowered toward self-reliance. To achieve this, the delegation is assessing several transformative, locally led economic activities, with a particular focus on goat, Sheep-rearing and beekeeping projects. These initiatives continue to provide vital food security, regular income, and agricultural independence to vulnerable families throughout the area.
The regional tour will culminate in a massive joint worship service this Sunday, October 25th. The entire international delegation will join hands with the local congregation at the Ponge Lutheran Congregation in mission for Christ to celebrate Reformation Sunday.
Local organizers note that the joint celebration serves as a powerful testament to the global unity of the Church, honoring a shared heritage of faith while celebrating the tangible fruits of the Kingdom Workers’ mission in Kenya. All members of the community and surrounding parishes are warmly invited to attend the historic service and welcome international visitors.
